IN-SIGHT PATCH RELEASE 3.4.1 PR1 FOR IN-SIGHT 1720 SERIES WAFER READERS (FULL CD INSTALL)
Patch release 3.4.1 PR1 provides a critical fix for In-Sight 1720 Series wafer readers currently running 3.4.0 or 3.4.1 firmware. This fix prevents the improper access and erasure of non-volatile flash memory that can occur after an image acquisition, which could render the reader inoperable. All 1720, 1721, and 1721 readers currently& running 3.4.0 or 3.4.1 should be upgraded to 3.4.1 PR1 to prevent this failure from occuring. Release 3.4.1 must be uninstalled before installing patch release 3.4.1 PR1. R elease 3.4.4& also provides& the critical fix described above, with additional changes and fixes not included in 3.4.1 PR1.
