PCB Assembly Test工具包可帮助用户节省开发时间，并为进行PCB装配电气功能测试的生成、测量、通信和自动化提供便利。
PCB Assembly Test工具包是一组免许可证的LabVIEW虚拟仪器(VI)，作为测量库、范例和自动化就绪的NI TestStand Sequence模板提供，用于执行PCB装配电气功能测试。该工具包包含对集成NI-DMM和NI-SWITCH驱动程序的NI PXI DMM和开关的支持，以及对具有即用型配置的NI-DAQmx数据采集设备的支持。该工具包提供了基于Initialize、Configure & Measure和Close的API函数，具有最小的参数，比原生NI驱动程序更易于编程。

PCB Assembly Test Toolkit for LabVIEW Overview

The PCB Assembly Test Toolkit for LabVIEW includes a measurement library, automation examples, a test demo example, and documentation for electrical functional testing of PCB assemblies.

The PCB Assembly Test Toolkit for LabVIEW provides library examples and automation-ready TestStand sequence templates that you can use for production testing of printed-circuit board assembly (PCBA) with data acquisition systems, DMM and switch instruments, CompactDAQ hardware, TestScale devices, or any device supported by NI-DAQmx. The add-on includes example measurements for DC/RMS voltage, idle power, frequency, digital counting, DMM scanning with different hardware configurations, and more. Additionally, the PCB Assembly Test Toolkit provides example tests for interface buttons and LED, power diagnostics, and more.

Components of a PCB Assembly Test Toolkit for LabVIEW System

Supported Hardware

The PCB Assembly Test Toolkit for LabVIEW supports all devices supported by the following driver application software: NI-845x, NI-DAQmx, NI-DMM, NI-Serial, and NI-SWITCH. The PCB Assembly Test Toolkit for LabVIEW provides specific support for the following NI hardware:

• PXIe, PCIe, and USB DAQ devices

• PXIe and USB DMM instruments

• PXI and PXIe switches

Installing the PCB Assembly Test Toolkit for LabVIEW
